Project Overview
Success is measured not only by what we build, but by how we give back.
Produced for the Grace Hospital Foundation, this documentary celebrates Moe (Wajih) Zeid, recipient of the 2022 Pearl McGonigal Lifetime Achievement Award. As the owner of Food Fare, Moe has spent decades supporting healthcare, local charities, and countless community initiatives throughout Winnipeg. Through personal stories and reflections from family, friends, and community leaders, the film honors a legacy of generosity, humility, and service. It is a tribute to a man whose quiet leadership has strengthened both Grace Hospital and the community he has faithfully served. Created for the 2022 Grace Hospital Foundation Gala, this film celebrates the lasting impact one individual can have through compassion, generosity, and an unwavering commitment to others.
Moe Zeid: A Legacy of Giving shows how a personal documentary can celebrate one person’s impact while helping a nonprofit share the values, generosity and community spirit behind its work.
