Orange House Media creates documentary films in Winnipeg rooted in real people and real experiences. Through thoughtful documentary storytelling, we uncover stories that connect with audiences and reveal why they matter.
The most meaningful stories are rarely simple. They involve real people, competing perspectives and experiences that deserve to be understood. The challenge is finding the heart of the story without losing its honesty or humanity.
We approach documentary storytelling with curiosity, dignity and care. Through thoughtful interviews and cinematic filmmaking, we uncover the people, desires and struggles that give a story meaning and shape them into films that connect.
We start by listening and asking the right questions. From research and interviews through filming and editing, we follow the story as it unfolds, looking for the moments and human experiences that reveal what the story is really about.
